Homemade Chili from a Can
 

            3 Large Cans S&W Chili Beans (Spicy)
            2 Large Cans Kidney Beans
            4 Cans Ro-Tel Tomatoes and Green Chilies
            2 ½ - 3 Pounds Ground Beef
            1 Large Onion
            2 Packages Mild Chili Seasoning
            (Regular Chili Seasoning for Spicy Chili)


            In pan cook up hamburger and large onion chopped.  When hamburger is done
            cooking; drain and add seasoning.  In large stock pot add:  Chili beans, kidney
            beans and Ro-Tel with all of the juices from each can.  Add in cooked hamburger
            and onion into the stock pot when finished cooking.  Let simmer for about a half hour
            to an hour to allow the flavors to meld.
